Wellness & Resiliency Retreats
Earlier this year, Stacey hosted a Wellness & Resiliency Retreat designed to support individuals and families navigating grief, trauma, loss, and significant life stress. Rooted in mindfulness and healing-centered practices, the retreat focused on creating a safe and restorative space for reflection, connection, and personal growth.
The retreat included guided meditation, yoga at the beach, workshops focused on processing grief, reducing stress and anxiety, and resiliency-building sessions intended to help participants adapt, recover, and move forward with greater strength and support. Drawing from the tools Stacey has learned throughout her own journey over the past 30 years, the goal is to help others build a practical “toolbox” of coping skills for everyday life.
As these retreats continue to grow, future gatherings will expand to support additional families and individuals affected by trauma and loss. Scholarship opportunities will also be available for those in need.
